The Mapesbury Estate is a vastly historic residential estate that provides a host of beautifully traditional accommodations. Since December 1982, the Estate has been classed as a Conservation Area. The houses are 130 years old at most, creating an abundance of architectural interest. Expansion plans are currently in progress, with the eastern side of Walm Lane around Blenheim Gardens joining the Conservation Area.
