Deeds of trust or trust deeds are elements in the real property field. These are elements wherein the legal title in real estate is moved to a trustee who then holds it as protection for a loan between borrower and loan provider. In these examples, the debtor is understood as the trustor and the named beneficiary is considered the creditor.
