I’ll Be Moving to New York for Graduate School

I am so thrilled! I am going to head off to Manhattan in the fall to start graduate college. I was accepted into the Ph.D. Program in arithmetic at New York University and just can't wait to get started with this new chapter in my life.

I have loved maths since I was a child and have just accumulated lots of mathematics manuals, so that the move won't be insignificant. I will doubtless need to find an apartment first and then have all of my stuff sent to Long Island. Then I can find some movers NYC to help me move my books into my new loft. Well, this is going to take a little planning, but I have all summer to do it, so I'm not too worried.

My chum Jack is already taking classes at New York University, so he should really know the area well. He is saying there are some nice places to live in if I'm willing to commute a bit to get to classes at NYU. I don't mind commuting, so Jack recommended I find an apartment in the Bronx. He even recommended some decent districts to live in within the Bronx. I believe I should follow his advice and find me a pleasant place there.

I also asked Jack if he knew of any decent NYC movers who will be affordable enough since I'm going to be on a graduate student budget soon. Jack didn't know any moving service, so I think I can just have to search online for that. How tough could it be right? Long Island is a massive place so there has to be plenty of people moving each day.

That suggests there should be masses of moving services to pick from. I believe a straightforward Google search should yield what I'm looking for. Graduate school, here I come!
